Now shipping: self-serve AI Assistant settings

You can now configure the AI content assistant entirely from the admin panel. Add your own Anthropic API key under Settings, and switch "Write with AI" on or off any time — useful if you want to pause API usage without losing your saved key.

Previously this required an environment variable change and a redeploy. Now it is a two-click change, live immediately.
